E-Bike Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Who can enter:
    The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older at the start of the giveaway on September 1, 2024.

2. Entry Period

  • Giveaway Start Date:
    September 1, 2024, at 12:01 AM PST.
  • Giveaway End Date:
    October 15, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.
  • Important:
    Entries received after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

Participants can enter the giveaway in the following ways:

  • 1 Entry for signing up via the Vancouver Mitsubishi signup form.
  • 5 Entries for test driving any new Mitsubishi vehicle during the giveaway period.
  • 10 Entries for purchasing any new Mitsubishi vehicle during the giveaway period.
    No purchase is necessary to enter. Each entry must comply with the guidelines outlined.

4. Prize Details

  • Prize:
    One (1) E-Bike. The model and specifications will be determined by Vancouver Mitsubishi.
  • Non-Transferable:
    The prize cannot be transferred, and no cash alternative is available.
  • Prize Substitution:
    Vancouver Mitsubishi reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Selection:
    One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  • Notification:
    The winner will be notified by October 20, 2024, via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
  • Important:
    If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

6. Prize Collection

  • The prize must be collected in person at Vancouver Mitsubishi.
  • The winner must present valid identification when claiming the prize.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree to allow Vancouver Mitsubishi to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to this giveaway, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Data Protection

  • How we use your data:
    All personal information collected will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to operate the giveaway.

9. Changes to Terms

  • Right to modify:
    Vancouver Mitsubishi reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this webpage.

10. General Conditions

  • Cancellation:
    Vancouver Mitsubishi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Binding Decisions:
    By participating, entrants agree to abide by the decisions of Vancouver Mitsubishi, which are final in all matters related to the giveaway.

11. Governing Law

  • This giveaway and its terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
